Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga practice helps develop strength, endurance, flexibility, relaxation and breath awareness—all key elements of a healthy, positive pregnancy and birth experience. No previous experience is necessary for this gentle, nurturing class. Tara integrates a modified yoga practice with focused breathing, labor-friendly positions and relaxation to promote physical health and help mothers prepare for childbirth. Time is taken to discuss issues and concerns during pregnancy, delivery and baby's homecoming.
