Infant Massage and Baby Yoga

Tara instructs the Infant Massage and Baby Yoga class at Camarillo Yoga Center. Share songs, kinesthetic developmental movements, and nurturing, calming massage wtih your baby, ages 6 weeks to very active crawling stage. Meet other moms and babies, and find support during the emotional transitions of early motherhood. Mom's yoga helps loosen up tired backs and shoulders, and regain abdominal awareness.
